Zach’s House, a faith communiy

A funny thing, an asterisk. You see the one in the picture above? An asterick means there’s usually something else other than what you’ve just read. That’s the way life is, there is always something else, either a condition, or string attached to something good which is offered. Churches or faith communities are like that sometimes. Have you ever experienced a church asterisk?
If you want to know more about this new church plant/faith community called Zach’s House, feel free to look around. If you have doubts about Jesus or toward religion in general, you are welcome to hang out with us as we have fun in the community, serve others within the community, and experience community. If you’re in Hurst, Euless, Bedford and beyond, please come hang out with us a while. We are a group of Christians and those who aren’t Christian. Please visit with us as we try to stay asterickless.
The concept behind Zach’s House is not new. It began in the first century with Jesus treating people with respect and continued after his death and ressurection with the group of followers that were derisively called Christians. Those early Christians met as small groups in homes. We meet as small groups in public places, homes, and as we do works of service. There are other groups such as Zach’s House in existence, a few of these are Metro Soul in New York City; Immanuel Community in Austin, TX; Connections Christian Church in Calgary, Canada; Levi Ministries in Lubbock, TX; and the Way of Life Village in East Hollywood, CA. There are many other such works for God, but these mentioned are related to the churches of Christ or independent Christian Churches.
Investigate our website to learn more about our addition to the "new church" landsacpe. While we are a little bit different from traditional churches, we have no desire to discard traditional forms of church or theolgy. We are merely giving those who have rejected traditional churches, a way to seek Jesus and express their love for Him.
